In an industry traditionally dominated by men, the percentage of women joining the logistics industry has been growing, particularly during the pandemic period. This can be attributed to the increasing number of diverse roles such as customer service, sales and accounts opening equal opportunities for both genders. Here within the Pacific Logistics Group Team, we recognise and treasure the value female employees and leaders bring to the table.
